  1. Hello-
My name is Donna Bye and I am a planner at Houston Engineering. Our client, Mike Ward owns many acres in NW Bismarck and we’re hoping as we put together a feasibility study, we would like to know what needs are out there in terms of housing types. Are you seeing shortages in apartments, townhomes, SF rental homes? We’d like to make sure we’re planning for Bismarck/Mandan’s future so please let me know if you keep any of that data and are willing to share, thanks.

    1. Hi Donna, we are just getting back up and functioning after the last year. We do not have a city wide vacancy report but I encourage to become a vendor member and have a chance to visit with many of the owners and managers in this industry. That would be the most up to date information to receive.
